For a very special New Year’s Eve, enjoy this reservation-only five course dinner created by Kalona Brewery head chef Oliver Hassman. Each course is paired with either a specially chosen craft beer, or wine. Head brewer Warren “W” Yoder will, throughout the dinner courses, give special insights into each Kalona Brewery beer pairing.
