This February at the brewery, join our friends from the Kalona Historical Society for their special event Celebrating Our Area’s Czech Heritage. For this special event we brewed a microbatch of a Czech-style Pilsner, and will have Czech-themed dinner features throughout the weekend.

3:00pm – Social Hour

4:00pm – Immigration and Revolution: A Look at Czechs at Home and Abroad, a presentation by Nic Hartmann, PhD, Director of Learning and Civic Engagement, National Czech and Slovak Museum & Library, Cedar Rapids

5:00pm – Optional Czech-themed dinner with entrée choices of Beef Goulash or Svíčková (Pork with Cream Sauce)
